NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE ÉCLAIR

Posted on April 26, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple No-Bake Chocolate Éclair recipe—easy, creamy, and tastes like the classic dessert without using an oven.

🍰 NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE ÉCLAIR

🧾 Ingredients

Cream layer:

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 packet (about 80–100g) vanilla pudding mix or custard powder
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)

Base:

  • 1–2 packets graham crackers or digestive biscuits (depending on dish size)

Chocolate topping:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2–3 tbsp butter
(or use ready chocolate ganache if available)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the cream layer

  • Whisk milk + pudding mix until thick
  • Fold in whipped cream gently
  • Keep in fridge for 5–10 minutes

2. First layer

  • In a dish, arrange a layer of biscuits
  • Cover evenly with half of the cream mixture

3. Second layer

  • Add another layer of biscuits
  • Add remaining cream on top
  • Smooth it out

4. Chocolate topping

  • Heat cocoa, sugar, milk, and butter until smooth and slightly thick
  • Let it cool a bit (but still pourable)
  • Spread over the top layer

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 6–8 hours (overnight is best)
  • This helps biscuits soften into a cake-like texture

🍫 Result

You get soft layers like cake, creamy filling, and rich chocolate topping—no baking needed.

💡 Tips

  • Add a pinch of salt to chocolate for better flavor
  • Sprinkle crushed nuts or chocolate shavings on top
  • For extra richness, use custard instead of pudding mix

If you want, I can also give you a 1-bowl 10-minute version or a healthier low-sugar version.
