I’ve been making this at least once a week for the past month! I can’t seem to keep it in the house

Haha, I can tell you’ve found a winner! Clearly, whatever you’re making is disappearing fast—probably because it’s irresistibly good. 😄

If it’s the Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken, I totally get it: crispy, cheesy, garlicky… it’s basically the culinary version of a magnet for hungry hands. The weekly habit makes perfect sense!

A few tricks if you want to keep it around longer (without sacrificing flavor or texture):

  1. Cook in batches: Make double the chicken and freeze half. Reheat in the oven to keep the crust crispy.
  2. Separate storage: Store chicken in an airtight container and the leftover crust crumbs separately. Re-toast the crumbs in the oven before reheating the chicken to refresh the crunch.
  3. Portion control: Slice the chicken before storing so it’s easier to grab a piece without demolishing the whole batch.

Honestly, though, disappearing fast is a compliment to your cooking skills—your housemates (or you!) clearly approve.
