Apple Cake 🍎🍰

Apple cake is a soft, moist dessert made with fresh apples, flour, sugar, and warm spices. It’s popular in many countries and often served with tea or coffee.


Classic Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Β½ cup butter or oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Β½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples (peeled and chopped)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Β½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add melted butter (or oil), milk, and vanilla.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in the chopped apples.
  7. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 35–45 minutes until golden.
  8. Let it cool before serving.

  • Powdered sugar
  • Caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Vanilla ice cream
