Here’s a super simple 2-ingredient chocolate mousse you can make in minutes—rich, creamy, and decadent without complicated steps.


🍫 Ingredients

  1. Heavy cream – 1 cup (chilled)
  2. Chocolate – 100 g (semi-sweet or dark, melted)

Optional: a pinch of salt or vanilla extract for extra flavor.


🥄 Instructions

  1. Whip the cream
    • Pour the chilled heavy cream into a bowl and whip with a hand or stand mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Melt the chocolate
    • Gently melt chocolate in a microwave (20–30 sec bursts) or over a double boiler. Let it cool slightly—it should still be pourable.
  3. Fold chocolate into cream
