That sentence sounds like one of those oversimplified health claims you often see online. Aching feet and bones can be linked to several things—not just a single vitamin deficiency.

One commonly associated nutrient is Vitamin D. Low levels of Vitamin D can lead to bone pain, muscle weakness, and conditions like osteomalacia in adults. This happens because Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium properly.
