  • 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers

  • 200 g White chocolate (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the strawberry topping

  • 1½ cups fresh Strawberry (sliced)
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

1. Make the crust

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter
  2. Press firmly into the base of a springform pan
  3. Chill for 15–20 minutes

2. Prepare the filling

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
  2. Add melted white chocolate → mix well
  3. Add eggs one at a time
  4. Stir in cream and vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C
  2. Pour filling over crust
  3. Bake for 45–55 minutes (center slightly jiggly)
  4. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best)

4. Make strawberry topping

  1. Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice on low heat
  2. Add cornstarch if you want it thicker
