Posted on March 18, 2026March 18, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a fresh and fruity recipe for Strawberry and Peach Rose Sangria—perfect for spring or summer gatherings! It’s light, refreshing, and visually stunning.

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine (750 ml)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup ripe peaches, sliced (or nectarines)
  • 1/2 cup peach liqueur (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water (added before serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Slice strawberries and peaches into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large pitcher.
  2. Add the Wine & Sweetener: Pour the rosé wine over the fruit. Stir in peach liqueur and honey/simple syrup until well mixed.
  3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better) to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Add Fizz Before Serving: Just before serving, stir in club soda or sparkling water for a refreshing sparkle.
  5. Serve: Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Optional: add a few slices of strawberry or peach to each glass for presentation.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use ripe, fragrant fruit—it makes all the difference.
  • For a lighter sangria, reduce liqueur or use soda water generously.
  • You can experiment with other fruits like raspberries or citrus slices for added flavor.

If you want, I can also give a fancy twist version with edible flowers and a hint of vanilla—it looks gorgeous and tastes gourmet, perfect for impressing guests.
